Counselling Fees Information

When you make a booking for individual counselling or couples counselling, I will take your credit card details to secure the appointment. The full fee is payable at the end of the session. If you need to change an in-person appointment to telehealth counselling, let me know by the morning of your appointment, and there will be no charge for this change. If you need to reschedule the date of your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours notice; otherwise, fees will apply. Please note that the full fee is forfeited for failure to attend an appointment. Additionally, no Medicare Mental Health Plan rebate is available, and the fees listed are out-of-pocket. No GP Referral is needed to make an appointment. If you require a psychologist (not a counsellor) for specific mental health assessments or diagnoses, you should consult your GP about a Mental Health Plan. Counsellors can help with common mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
